I have many years of experience in both studio and outside broadcasts productions, as well as lighting and location filming. Over the years both I, and the productions I have worked on have won many awards.
Joining ITV's London Weekend Television in 1977, I trained as both a studio and OB cameraman. In 1987 I became one of LWT's Lighting Camera Operators, filming across the
whole of the channels output, working on many award-winning shows (from South Bank Show to Weekend World).
In 1991 I went freelance, allowing me to broaden the variety of my work, shooting for all the major broadcasters, both at home and abroad.
My camera work is varied, with excellent skills of studio pedestal, OB's (long lens and hand held), PSC and SNG.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to work on many notable major outside broadcast events, including The Commonwealth Games, The Queens Diamond Jubilee, Royal Weddings and the Olympic Games.
As well as camera operating, I have directed productions for BBC, C4 and ITV, along with numerous live events for webcast and screens.
