I have many years of experience of Studio, Outside Broadcasts and Documentary filming

My portfolio of camera work is extremely varied, with excellent skills of studio pedestal, OB (hand held and long lens), location lighting, PSC and SNG.

Joining ITV's  London Weekend Television in 1977, I trained as a studio and OB cameraman.

In 1987 I became a lighting cameraman, filming across the whole of the channels output, working on many award-winning shows (from South Bank Show to Weekend World).

I went freelance in 1991 allowing me to broaden my portfolio of work, shooting for all the major broadcasters, both at home and abroad.

Many of the productions I have worked on have won awards and I was honoured by the Guild of TV Cameramen, for filming the BBC's ‘Birding with Bill Oddie’ series.

In recent years I have had the opportunity to work on many notable major events, including The Commonwealth Games, The Queen Diamond Jubilee, Royal Weddings and the Olympic Games in both Beijing and London.
